In September 1958 , the Zhongshan tire retreading factory was merged into Nanjing plastic factory;
In November 1958 , the nature of the enterprise was changed from public-private partnerships to local state-owned factories and establishing formally ;

In May 1962 , the factory was relocated from the Ma Tai Jie Street No. 12 to Zhong Fu Road No. 29;
In 1982 ,Nanjing Rubber Industry Research Institute was merged into the Nanjing Rubber Factory;
In April 1985 , the labor service station of the factory transformed into sixth rubber factory;
In September 1999 , Nanjing Jinsanli Polyurethane Co.,Ltd.established
In March 2004 , Nanjing Rubber Factory as a whole transformed into Nanjing Jinsanli Rubber and Plastic Co., Ltd.(abbreviation :NJRP);
In September 2005 , Jingpin factory of NJRP extended to high-tech zone Xiao Liu industrial park;
